Job Opening: CUSO Office Administrator

The Champaign-Urbana Symphony Orchestra has an immediate need for a bookkeeper with business experience to join our friendly staff as Office Administrator. If you love bookkeeping and want to set your own schedule for working 15 hours/week, this is your perfect part-time job.
The CUSO Office Administrator assists in managing the orchestra’s business operations and is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, donor record-keeping, and other support functions. The position requires bookkeeping, data-entry, and general clerical abilities. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office is required. Good communication skills and customer service abilities are also needed.
The Office Administrator works 15 hours per week in the CUSO office during normal business hours, with some evening and weekend hours as needed for concerts and fundraising parties.
